What if I don’t use Xero, or QBO (Quickbooks Online)?

We currently integrate with Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you use a different accounting software, don’t worry! Let us know what you’re using, and we’d be happy to explore building an integration for the software you use. We’re always expanding our integrations to better serve our users.

What if my bank is not in those supported by Plaid?

Plaid is continually expanding its network, which currently includes over 12,000 financial institutions worldwide. If your bank isn't supported, it's possible that Plaid may integrate with it in the future.

If you’re unable to find your bank in Plaid, please let us know at support@joinpropio.com and we will work with you to connect your bank.

How much does Propio cost?

$20 per active accounting client per month

Monthly platform fee: $200* per month

Retroactive accounting: If you use Propio to handle accounting for previous periods, the cost is $20 per client per month for each prior month processed. For example:

  • Processing 3 months retroactively costs $60 per client.

  • The platform fee is not retroactive. In the above scenario you would be charged a $200 platform fee for the current month.
