How to disconnect a bank account in Xero?

1. Log in to Xero.

2. Go to Accounting > Bank accounts.

3. Find the bank account you want to disconnect.

4. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the account name.

5. Select Manage Account > Stop Bank Feed.

6. Confirm you want to stop the feed.

✅ Xero will stop fetching transactions from the bank. Your existing transaction history in Xero will stay safe and won't be deleted.
