โ“ How do I disconnect the bank feed in QuickBooks or Xero?

Edited

If you're moving your client's bank connection to Propio, it's very important to first disconnect the existing bank feed in your ledger system (QuickBooks or Xero).
This prevents duplicate transactions from appearing in your accounting records.

๐Ÿ”Œ Why this matters

If both Propio and your ledger pull in bank transactions at the same time, you could end up with:

  • Duplicate entries in your books

  • Reconciliation issues

  • Inaccurate reports

Disconnecting the ledgerโ€™s bank feed ensures that Propio is the only source of bank data moving forward.
