❓How to Edit a Client's Data?
If you need to update a client's information in Propio, such as their name, email, phone number, or other details, you can easily do so from their profile. Below, we explain how to do it step by step.
✅ Steps to Edit a Client's Data
Go to the Clients section
In the main menu, click on “Clients” to see the complete list of your registered clients.
Select the client you want to edit
Search for the client by name or company.
Click on “Configure” on their profile
Access “Client Details”
Edit the necessary information
You can modify fields such as:
Name
Email (remember it must be unique)
Phone number (it must also be unique)
Industry
Preferred contact language
Accounting start date
Save the changes
Once you have made the modifications, click on “Update” at the bottom of the form.
📌 Important Considerations
Email and phone must be unique: Propio does not allow the same email address or phone number to be registered for more than one client. If you try to reuse data already assigned to another client, you will receive an error message.
Check the data before saving: Make sure there are no typos or duplicates before saving the changes.
