How to get check images included with bank statements (by institution)

Edited

Propio can only display images if your bank provides them in the PDF bank statement they share with Plaid, our financial data aggregator. Availability and setup vary by bank and by account type. Below is what users can do for each supported institution so that check images are visible with statements (online or on statement PDFs).

⚠️ Note: Even when a bank supports statements, check images aren’t guaranteed for all accounts. Propio can only show images if your bank makes them available in the statement feed.

What to do if images still don’t show in Propio

  1. Open the bank’s online banking and confirm you can view check images for the same period/account.

  2. Ensure statements are ready (Propio shows Waiting until your bank publishes the statement; View means it’s available).

  3. Contact your bank to ask whether check images are included with statements for your account and request enablement if needed (TD and Truist explicitly require requests for some image/statement services).

  4. Refresh in Propio and re-open the statement viewer.
