Úsalo para cierres mensuales, revisiones con clientes, o cualquier momento en que necesites un resumen del desempeño financiero. **Pasos** 00:00: This video explains how to access and download a Profit and Loss report in Propio. 00:05: You will learn how to access the report, select specific periods and dates, and 00:08: export it in multiple formats. 00:11: Click on Reporting on the left sidebar. 00:14: And select Profit and Loss. 00:16: Once you enter the Profit and Loss Report, choose a Reporting Period from the 00:18: predefined list. 00:22: Alternatively, you could set a custom range, choosing manually a Starting date... 00:27: And an End date. 00:29: After you defined the desired period, you can then export your report by clicking 00:32: Export to, and then choosing the preferred format. 00:37: You have successfully navigated through the Profit and Loss report in Propio and 00:41: learned how to set the reporting period and export these 00:45: reports in different formats. Haz clic en el campo bajo **Período del Informe** para seleccionar un periodo predefinido, o define un rango personalizado usando los campos **Desde** y **Hasta** — el reporte se carga automáticamente una vez seleccionado el periodo 3. Para exportar, haz clic en el botón **Exportar a** en la esquina superior derecha y elige tu formato: **PDF, Excel, DOCX,** o **CSV sin encabezados**   💡 **Tip:** Usa las flechas de expansión **(›)** junto a cada cuenta para colapsar filas y obtener un resumen de alto nivel, o expandirlas para un análisis detallado — útil cuando presentas a un cliente versus cuando haces una revisión interna a profundidad. 💡 **Tip:** Cualquier monto en el reporte es clickeable (se muestra en azul y subrayado). Haz clic para hacer drill down a las transacciones individuales que componen esa cifra — por ejemplo, al hacer clic en el total de *Office Supplies* verás cada transacción incluida en ese monto.
