Generate And Export AI Reports

Standard reports show your client the numbers — the AI Report explains what those numbers mean. Propio's AI analyzes your client's financial data and generates a ready-to-share report in plain language, complete with charts, key insights, and recommended next steps. The report is written in Spanish, making it immediately accessible for your Latino SMB clients without any additional work on your end.

Steps

  1. Go to Reporting → Insights Report in the left sidebar
  2. Under Compare By, select the period length for your comparison: By Month, By Quarter, By Semester, or By Year
  3. Under Main Period, select the primary period you want to analyze — then under Compare Against, select the period to compare with. The available options in each dropdown adjust automatically based on your selection in step 2
  4. Click Generate — a status line will appear confirming the report is being generated with the selected periods. This may take a few minutes
  5. Once ready, click View to review the report in Propio, or click Export to and select PDF or DOCX to download it

💡 Tip: The AI Report is designed to be shared directly with your client — no editing needed. It opens with a plain-language summary of key findings, followed by sections covering income and expenses, cash position, and a Balance Sheet overview, all with charts and context your client can actually understand.
