How do I Update The Chart of Accounts into Propio?

Steps to map your bank accounts:

  1. Make sure your ledger (QuickBooks or Xero) is connected to Propio.
    If not, click here to learn how to connect your ledger.

  2. Ensure your bank account is connected to Propio.
    If you haven't done it yet, click here to see how to connect your bank account.

  3. Once your ledger and bank connection are completed, go to the "Clients" page in Propio.

  4. Use the search bar to find the client or organization linked to the bank account you want to map.

  5. Locate the client record, go to the Configure section on the right-hand side, and click the gear icon (⚙️).

  6. In the top menu, click on "Chart of Accounts."

  7. Click the blue "Refresh Chart of Accounts" button.

  8. You will see a success message.

    • Close the success message.

    • Then close the window by clicking the X at the top-right corner.

  9. Wait a few minutes.
    It typically takes just a couple of minutes for Propio to sync the latest Chart of Accounts from your ledger.
