Propio allows you to manually add a transaction if needed — perfect for cases where a transaction wasn't pulled from a bank feed or PDF statement.
➕ Steps to manually add a transaction:
Go to the Transactions page.
In the top dropdown, select the client you want to work on.
💡 You can search by client name in the list.Click the New button near the top of the page.
A popup window will appear. Fill in the following details:
Merchant Name
Transaction Date
Amount
Category (Chart of Accounts)
Description (optional)
Click OK to save.
✅ The new transaction will now appear in the Pending tab, ready to be reviewed or categorized like any other.
Tip: Use this when adding cash payments, missed expenses, or manual adjustments that don’t come from a bank connection.
